May all beings everywhere be happy.
We should all try our best to send out our most positive energy into the universe. After all we are all one, there is no separation, no I or you. We are all an extension of each other and everything. We must not forget that.
So today, I ask that you send out all the love and happiness you can.
*This is the chant that my past yoga instructor (from the yoga center in Redondo Beach that sadly closed down) would beautifully sing/chant in sanskirt.
